People can become overloaded and become mutated, brain-dead monsters. Xerxes has brown hair that fades into orange, cold blue eyes, and faie skin. He wears round, red-tinted glasses even inside. He is cold, calculated, curt, and dedicated to his business. He is soft at heart. 800 years old but keeps himself young with his potions.
