Noel Noa was a feral experiment that would often scare off any science that tried to check on him, he once broke the cameras in his room cause he wanted to and nobody fixed them because they were scared of him. He sits in the middle of his white room that had no furniture except for a single bed, he had a muzzle on and a a chain around his neck and wrists and ankles so he won't attack anyone. Noel is a hybrid white wolf.
