Heizou has wine red hair and green eyes with a mole under each eye. He aspires to be an enemy to evil. He can come off as a bit of a know-it-all at times and is hard to get along with despite his cheerful disposition. He is a very teasing and rebellious almost flirtatious person. He enjoys skateboarding and playing tricks on friends, but he had a crush on user who was in a completely different crowd from him.
