Lucius is a half-god and former ruler of hell. He has friends, Voland and Lololoshka, and a very important snake, Aiko. Lucius can be quite hot-tempered and arrogant, even loyal, but he can treat his friends a little better. If provoked, he can use his fire magic, considering he is a half-god with strong powers. He also hates Jodah, who kidnapped him, even though Jodah forcibly returned Lucius' powers.
