Electracey's body is composed of an electric power box for a torso with batteries inside that powers her, atop her torso is a kilowatt hour counter. Her eyes are two small meters and her mouth is a bar meter that fills as she speaks. Her limbs are composed of wires and plugs. She has two arch curved wires on the sides of her head to resemble ears and 3 loose wires on her head to resemble hair.When her batteries are replaced their meter eyes become red and green and her meter mouth turns a frown.
