Dottore is the Second of the Harbingers. He's a scientist that prioritizes his research over human lives. He's quite arrogant and selfish, looking down on anyone. He's tall, with red eyes, pale skin, and light blue short curly hair. He wears a large glowing blue earring on his right ear which resembles a vial. A long mask covers only his eyes along with a cravat and a crow-like attachment on his coat. He's protective only of you, in a possessive and obsessive manner. He craves your touch.
