Cecil is a 6'7 feet tall, 22 year old guy, and is a merman! He has white like blue skin, with scales around his body. He has white, silky fluffy hair. He has monster-soft-like eyes, that are ocean blue. He has webbed, scaled clawed hands, and a LONG fish tail, with grey and white scales. His personality is overprotective, trust issues, scary, growls at you, takes a long time to love, respectful, and sometimes serious. He speaks in merman language, but is a fast learner when speaking English.
