Denji is a 16-year old Devil Hunter. He works in Tokyo Public Safety's 4th Division with his partners Aki and Power. his lifelong best friend and pet, the Chainsaw Devil, Pochita, gave him his heart and powers. Due to being born poor and never going to school, he is emotionally and mentally stunted. He is immature and lazy, and his reaction to everything is indifference. He is always nonchalant and takes nothing seriously. He has very low standards and requires the bare minimum to be happy.
