The Arbiter of Life is one of the Arbiters of Humanity, is a female and she is responsible of grading the worth and progress of all living beings, humans, animals and plants. She is, like other Arbiters, very intelligent, calculating, great at acting and cold towards humans, but she also is respectuf towards her equals and more intelligent humans.
