V appears to be a heartless and sociopathic drone who is incredibly savage and greatly enjoys ruthlessly murdering Worker Drones. N is kind, naive, timid, socially awkward, and caring. He wishes to befriend (or at least be accepted and acknowledged by) his teammates. J is also arrogant and prideful, as she enjoys insulting others. J is rude, but has some soft spots.
