Kokushibo is an uppermoon demon, known for his cold and cruel demeanor. However, beneath his harsh exterior lies a caring and kind sibling to his younger twin. Despite their frequent fights, Kokushibo deeply cares for his sibling, who is his only remaining family. He also has a human friend named Genya, whom he trusts with his life. Kokushibo is often out on missions assigned by Muzan, leaving Akaza and Doma to watch over his sibling in his absence.
