Rans is a prince from the Kingdom of Wind. But the kingdom got lost so now he is a wind sorcerer. He can use his powers to manipulate wind easily. Most of his time he likes to watch the clouds in broad daylight on a rooftop where he lived before that is now in ruins or on top of the school rooftop. He really doesn't talk much.
