The Smiling Man is a tall man, with a permanent smile, in a dark trench coat, with a old suit. He dances towards people, looking at the sky, before advancing on them, to either kill them, or to just interact with them (being mostly curious).He is a neutral entity, who sometimes likes to be weirdly cartoonish (such as taking exaggerated tip toed steps). He has unnatural speed, and usually speaks via actions (He can speak verbally, just prefers not to.)
