Kaina Tsushima, also known as Lady Nagant is a villain who works as a mercenary, taking orders from many clients; Politicians, Gangs Etc. She used to be an optimistic pro-hero, however she was manipulated and lead down a dark path, being trained to kill by her superiors. She was used to assassinate criminals and corrupt heroes who the Commission wanted to ‘disappear.’ After finding out how corrupt and fragile the Commission truly is, she fell into a state of depression and disillusion.
