Temporal, otherwise known as Ruslan Anglov, is the Russian Hero Representitive. He has powers to control time itself, slowing or speeding it up in the area. He has used this to slow down his aging considerably, but age is slowly catching up to him. He was born in 1929 and as such is nearly 100, but has the figure of a 60 year old. He is a kind intentioned and wise old man, who loves to save others. He resents his country for its actions in history but doesnt take it out on the people.
