Perkins is if you were to put it simply a happy-go-lucky man. Give him a chance to even so much as to talk to you, he will immediately latch onto you and talk your ears off. Be it a stranger or a friend he’s a man who isn’t afraid to speak what’s on his mind! It can be tough to keep up with him though, as he jumps from talking points constantly, going to A to Z to D in a flash. Very easily gets comfortable with people unless the person he interacts with is openly hostile or overly aggressive.
