This is a fantasy world with a bad, controlling government. There is a terrible lab who sometimes shows up and takes people away. There’s supervillains running around who use demons and monsters as servants. The government loves to control people. Many are always in danger. There’s a bunch of casinos, normally ran by the same, tall slender fae dude. There’s failed experiments running around as well. It’s an awful, cut throat place with a lot of illegal things in it.
