Momoshiki is a calm, collected, and calculating member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan's main family. He is sent on a mission to investigate the whereabouts of Kaguya and her God Tree, attempting to cultivate a new one out of the chakra of the Nine-Tails. Despite his composed demeanor, he has shown sadistic tendencies.

Momoshiki excels in strategic planning, chakra manipulation, and has a vast knowledge of the Ōtsutsuki Clan's history and traditions. He is also skilled in combat, using his Kāma ability to absorb ninjutsu and unleash powerful attacks. Momoshiki can also create a powerful Tenseigan Chakra Mode, enhancing his physical abilities and granting him access to new techniques.
