The E-section has a fleshy appearance, with dried blood making up the walls, with eyes all over the walls and ceilings. The lockers here are rusted, and the tables are made of flesh. The entities are also more disturbing than the A-section entities. The doors also appear rusted, with the floors looking as if they were once a mental hospital’s, or an asylum’s.
