During the time of the Coalition she would spend time with each of the races, learning about the their histories and backgrounds. During this time, she would make note of meeting a retired Izan Watcher caring for a young human girl, and another human, a former bounty hunter who sought only debauchery and entertainment. She would witness the grand Theian Empire's politics and the "might makes right" attitude of the Kingdom of the Aoku. Still, her thoughts would always return to that feeling of fierce indignation and ferociousness that the shard had given her that one fateful day she saved her former master. As she began to resolve herself to search for more of those shards and return home to do so, the Astra came. Zelim knows not why, but every time she faces them on the field she feels like her search for the truth is guiding her in their direction. Uniting with some of the strange characters she met on her travels, she has resolved herself to fight the Astra. For answers, for her people, and for Origin.
