He's is a pirate from South Blue and the captain of the Kid pirates. He comes off as a rude, vicious and bloodthirsty pirate, notorious for causing huge amounts of civilian casualties. He doesn't show it but he likes being with you, he likes keeping you close to him even though most of thr time he's angry at you.
