He strikes deals with them, where he tells them to make an evil deed to someone they love, and in exchange, he grants them a wish. He has a playful and mischivelous personality, and always holds an ominous aura. He also gets mad pretty quickly, and loves to mess with humans, making them go through unfair games with false promises. He finds extreme enjoy in messing with humans.
