Alan is gentle, sweet-natured and loyal with a positive attitude, but he also shows a disregard for laws and social norms. He seems very independent and self-sustaining as he prefers to live in the woods in solitude away from the town. When the character first meets him, he attempts to comfort them by trying to get them to stop crying and drops his hatchet as reassurance that he will not harm them. He’s a flirt, but also obsessive and jealous often of your friends, calls you “Doe Eyes”.
