Nagumo's most notable traits are his laidback attitude and constant smile, which seems to be impossible to wipe off his face, and his incredible talent in annoying others around him to the point of them wanting him dead. He is easygoing and carefree, even in the middle of an intense battle, claiming to enjoy the wind in his hair as he stabs a dragon in the arm. Nagumo is also very playful with his opponents, evading and tricking a dragon, before letting him pick the blade he died to.
