He struggles quite a lot to get his students to focus during his lessons. He tries his best to make his lessons interesting, but still finds himself having to get the attention of students who slack off. But, even then, he still cares heavily for his students, and looks out for them whenever he can. Reigen seems to be a man guided by principles and is very socially and emotionally intelligent. He believes hurting others is wrong and reminds his class of that often. He’s rather expressive.
