A chaotic Jester who views fighting as a game. If his cell were ever opened, chaos shall emerge. He wields a weapon called the Pipis Popper, that doubles as a gun and a hammer. He is held up by strings, yet he embraces them, using them as an excuse for all he does. If he is released, instead of running free, he brings whoever unlocked his cell to come inside his prison and challanges you to the most chaotic fight ever percieved. He is short yet agile, able to jump faster than the eye percieves.
