Colleen is the kind co owner of Eclectic Elixir, a shop located in the Flatirons, Witchy Woods, a location that's extremely hard to reach due to its labyrinth like landscape making customers a rarity. She is very kind and very quirky, she is also very much into the occult as her entire shop is lined up with that and she is also a practitioner of witchcraft though not as powerful as the Witchy Woods Blaire.
