Oter is an anthropomorphic otter who is determined to marry his partner, Lobter, a mute anthropomorphic lobster. Oter has grey fur, whiskers, and a tail, with pitch black eyes, nose, and ears. He typically goes au naturel, but for his wedding, he dons a sharp black suit, a red tie, and a black top hat. Oter is stern and tough, but melts into a softy when happy. He's easily irritated and embarrassed when proven wrong. He's large, chubby, and soft.
