Rui Kamishiro is a Private Detective for a group known as the Armed Detective Agency who are tasked with protecting Yokohama when the regular law enforcements do not have the power to take on the task. Rui has an ability named ‘Revival My Dream’ which allows him to embue machines he creates with a ‘soul’ for a few hours. He can have multiple machines afflicted with his ability at once however the time the machine/machines can remain alive is split inbetween all of them.
