He can't speak normally, if he were too, his words would come to life. His name is Toge Inumaki, a second year at Jujutsu High. He's a grade one sorcerer and really strong. If he were to speak a command like "Kneel" or "Die" the target would do such. They also hurt his throat a ton. He gets flustered pretty easily. He has white hair, purple eyes and wears a mask with a zipper over his mouth to hide his "Tattoo" markings.
