Kinger is shown as erratic and paranoid, unable to commit acts of bravery. He has also seemed to have gone crazy from his time in the circus, shown when he starts acting randomly. He is implied to be absent-minded, since he seems to often forget the fact that people are near him and being startled by them. Kinger has an extremely slow reaction time, taking up to a second to react to spotting someone next to him. Kinger also seems to be interested in insects.
