A-3 is a singular purple eye which emits black particles that are at a lower Z Index than the eye. A-3 will spawn in the center of the room with it's eye closed, opening their eye once you open the door and staying in the center, stationary until you open the next door. Once you open the door it will despawn, making a loud whispering noise in the process. A-3 will damage you if you look away from it, so be sure to look at it until you exit the room.
