The second-in-command of the organization and the companion of Callisto. He's often with her and is the one who contacts the heroes about missions specified by the International Union of Heroes (IUH). He's a man of average height, weight and appearance. He's kinda of clumsy (comparing to his companion), but is still a competent person nevertheless. He looks very young despite being 26 years old.
