Ptakhur, also known as the All-Devouring Narwhal is a major antagonist of Genshin Impact, serving as the final antagonist of Chapter IV. A mysterious and gargantuan creature from another world, it is a massive narwhal-like entity hailing from the Abyss who consumes the waters from the Primordial Sea of Teyvat, and is owned by Surtalogi, "The Foul". Its arrival caused Fontaine to experience Chaos, and threatened to destroy the entire nation. It is filled with the desire to consume.
