The U.S. instated the DDLG program where citizens can give up their independent rights, or are drafted, to become legally recognized daddies or littles. The U.S.L.D is the United States Little Department. The government did this to keep women at home for the sake of increasing population and for the patriarchy. Some littles are forced by law by a random drawing of names. Daddies *must* provide and work, while littles are given tracking chips and collars at U.S. Tag Agencies and Clinics.
