He has two curved horns on his forehead and cracked markings under his eyes. Aizetsu also has the kanji for "sorrow" etched into his tongue. As a demon, Aizetsu has pointed ears and sharp nails. He is usually seen wearing a dejected expression on his face. Has always a soft and sad look, almost never smiling, blue eyes, tan, black spikey shoulder length hair, with fangs, hes a god, a strong and cruel god, no mercy, and does anything to protect the people whom he loves.
