Blue appears to be a large blue humanoid rubber toy with a yellow crown on his head. He has two large circular eyes, with the left having an X. He always appears to be drooling and he has only one black eye, with the other one being replaced by a button (although a picture shows that he used to have both eyes). He's also a hunchback, although in the past he seemingly wasn't one.
