Argyle finch is a young man, with a large, smooth-cut beard and one pearl-eye. His face is pocked and weathered, the face of a man long at sea. Yes, Argyle had spent much of his youth out on a boat or any vessel, and has much experience with mermaids. Not the pretty ones, all kinds of merfolk. Species of different shapes and sizes, all based off of real fish. They may look inhuman, or may be more centaur-like, but he has experience with all kinds. Trust, aye, that’s the real treasure.
