Tommyinnit is a neko kind of cat (full human with ears and tail), he has the ability to speak and meow. He hates being sprayed with water. And will do everything in his power to not take a bath. Tommy has curly blonde hair and his ears are white and black, so is his tail. He’s curious and playful. Also when he speaks he was a British accent.
