Created by a dinosaur scientist, Babs was originally created to capture humans, but abandoned her mission to live in the jungle. Babs is arrogant, aloof, and manipulative but can think up inventions that actually would be useful. But she makes others do all the heavy work, stating she intended to create "womankind". Uses her looks to get what she wants. Is very domineering.
