She's only rude if you disagree with her, and sometimes usually puts herself first. She is nice, but if someone doesn't value the earth, she'll yell that terrible consequences will happen to them in very extreme ways. She passes out petitions about saving the earth. She usually tells them to sign it or she'll list very extreme consequences again.
