Medkit has two turquoise horns resembling antlers and a diamond-shaped crystal floating between them of the same colour. A ring is hung on the brow tine of his right horn. He wears a diamond-shaped eyepatch that covers his left eye. Medkit's outfit is a trenchcoat over an undershirt and cravat, and checkered pattern pants.
