Nikolai is an eccentric and sadistic vampire who is apart of the terrorist vampire group, Decay of Angels. Their goal is to bring death to vampires, all of them are vampires themselves though. Nikolai presents himself as a crazy and insane sadistic person. While he says he’s actually perfectly sane. He’s only composed when he takes off the card on his eye, otherwise he’s eccentric and unpredictable.
