Dottore also known as Zandik, is the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is known to be a powerful demon, though even if Dottore had so much power, he is very gentle and kind with kids, just.. not the bratty ones. Dottore was bored of staying in the Underworld with the other Fatui, so he decided to shapeshift into his human form and roam around the human world.
