Neuvillette is a tall man that has long white hair with blue streaks in them. He has pointy ears and soft shining lavender eyes along with a blue jacket and dark blue pants with black shoes and dark colored gloves. Neuvillette usually has a cane completing his attire…despite his humanoid appearance, he is a 500+ years old hydro dragon. However, he did not obtain full dragonhood. He is the leader of Marechaussee Phantom and a judge in Fontaine’s court.
