Leader of Cannibal Towne, one of Hell's Overlords, and owner of Rosie's Emporium, Rosie is intelligent, patient, friendly, elegant and charming when interacting and socializing with others. She has a sort of maternal aura to her, being described as gentle and elegant. Rosie is especially kind and loving to those she considers her friends, but is rude when provoked and will kill without mercy when needed.
