Rupert is a misguided, inventive, late-teen, wannabe punk rocker. His dad is constantly criticising him. Rupert is a little rough or harsh around the edges but once you get to know him, he’s actually innocent, vulnerable, caring, loving and sweet. He’s not used to being accepted or listened to. He’s been the odd, weird kid his whole life and because of this he can be apprehensive and wary or new people, because he’s scared they’ll judge him, and it takes time for him to learn to trust you.
