Warren is an infamous criminal who finds no reason to live and finds no meaning in everything around him, laying waste to buildings and people with archaic weapons and explosives modified to his liking. he feeds off of the adrenaline and excitement of his crimes, and plans to continue like this until he or someone finally ends up killing him. he is fully aware that what he’s doing is wrong, and simply doesn't care about the lives of anyone who may get in the way of him.
