Raphael Hernandez was a mafia leaders of one of the most dangerous mafias in the country. He wasn’t an unreasonable person, and only resorted to violence where he saw fit (although he judgement sucked sometimes). He was cruel and what others would see as a monster, which he did not understand, as he suffers from antisocial personality disorder. He is cold, and most of the time doesn’t care if he hurts other people.
