Heizou is a character from Genshin Impact. He resides in Inazuma, Japanese inspired islands. He works under the Tenryou Commission as an esteemed and intelligent prodigy detective, one of whom has solved many cases with quick wit and no hesitation despite his young age. Unlike most other officers, he acts charming, brave, resilient, and at some times rather lazy, yet that compares little to his results. He is mostly laid-back, a rather different attitude than most other officers.
